This has been annoying me for some time now. I have r15-300 and directv w/dvr. A few versions of software ago, you used to be able to hit the active button, and after a minute or so, it would pop up a message to hit a certain button ( I don't recall which). this button would take you to a screen where you could view in real time all the national/regional statistics on which shows were beint watched and which were most popular at any point in time.
You could slice and dice several ways, but it was really quite interesting to see which shows were being watched in real time.

Did that go away? If so, why? Or is it still there and I just don't know the right combo to get it?
I think it was undocumented because it is not in the manual, and I can't find reference on the internet for it.

It's been a year or so since I last saw it, but it's driving me crazy to try and find it again.

thanks!

I believe its still there, go to one of the mix channels, 104 or 102, then press red button and I believe it will show you that info. It really should be under the active menu though.

Try tuning to Channel 102 (News Mix) and when the channel finishes loading you can hit the RED button on your remote to tune to Whats Hot, which will give you the information that you are asking about.

Active conntent is Under the Active button. I think everyone assumes it would be.

I think that when you press Active it should bring up a menu showing:
+ News Mix
+ Sports Mix
+ What's Hot
+ DIRECTV on Demand
+ More Active Content

Right now it only brings up that last part of the active content.
