It is just services DirecTV needs to add for the new HD channels to work. That one is for the RSN's and you should have a few others.

So, they can't get the streams to do this automatically? Now we have to see all this crap on the bill and watch to see if the line contains a charge some time in the future. I don't even have MPEG4 HD. Just have the MPEG2 HD. I think I'll add another HIRD-E86 just for kicks. :)
