No it is not unless you did some kind of change to the lnbf arm. I highly suggest getting a Dish 500 unless there is a certain reason why you have to use a Dish 300.
Actually you could mount one side to the arm on a DISH 300 it wouldn't do much for you for the cost of a QUAD. I have to assume that you don't know what a quad is supposed to do. On DISH 500 dishes you receive programming from two satellites the TWIN OR QUAD receive signals from both satellites and with the switches built into them send the receiver the signal from whichever satellite the channel comes from. The TWIN sends signals to two receivers, the QUAD sends signals to four receivers.
A quad does not give the dish the capability of receiving from both satellites a DISH 300 is designed to only receive signals from one satellite.
Remember .... if all else fails .... DUCT TAPE can fix any problem.

Thanks for the responses. Boba, you are correct I didn't understand. Thanks for the help. I guess my question should have been can a dish 300 be made to receive 119 and 110 by upgrading the lnb. Obviously it can't. The shape of the dish must be the determining factor for receiving mulitple satellites.
Thanks again,

One problem is that a dish 300 has no skew, although you could rig it up to have a scew and attach a second lnbf to the first one after putting a skew on it, but I am not sure if it will be able to pick up the signal. There is a chance that it might but a weakened signal and be harder to tune in.
