View Full Version : Bad Reception of 103(b) on Saturdays only?

I know this is probably not likely, but it seems that the only time I have any issues with 103(b) and the new HD channels is on Saturday. Any other day of the week I can watch the new HD channels with no problem. Saturdays, I pretty much lose all reception of 103(b) at some point during the day. Does this make sense to anyone? Is there any explanation for this? I only get readings that vary between the 40's and 50's for 103(b) transponders, but that seems to be good enough for every day but Saturday. Any advice or thoughts?

I don't know why the reception changes on Saturdays, but it sounds like your dish needs to be repeaked. Those numbers are not good. I'm surprised you don't have problems on every day.
