Another dishnetwork account question

My contract with dishnet runs out at the end of Jan. But my contract with my retailer is through the end of March. I am planning on keeping dishnet, but don't want to sign a programming contract. If I go on the month to month top150 plan, will that 'break' the contract that I have to keep with my retailer?

Ask your retailer it is a contract between you and him how are we supposed to know the contents of the contract!

Relax, buddy. It was a general question. Besides, how am I supposed to know if retailer contracts are all different (they could be specified by dishnetwork to be all the same too).
