NW Chicago Suburbs I believe the company is "DirectSat". Actually two service calls, first two weeks ago to align an AT9 103b all in the 70's now all mid 90's and the technician added an addtional support arm which was not done two and half years ago.
Second call was to replace a defective HR20-100, garbled audio and strange colors on HDMI output, and unit was dropping 103b to zero on various transponders. Did not notice 0 levels on a second HR20-700. New HR20 installed correctly and downloaded latest national release software, however missing 0 level 103b transponders were still present when we checked the 700 some 103b transponders were also showing zero's. the multi switch was failing and getting progressively worse. New multi switch fixed all the 0 transponders and all is now well three days later. Glad this company is in our area.
