Why is it that when you order a 2 room system You need 2 dishes I have A directv 2 room system & im using one dish

Seems Weird

Im Not hating on dish Network Though :)

You need two dishes if you look at more orbital slots than one dish can see. It has nothing to do with the number of rooms.

Dish has some of their programming on 61.5 and 148 so you need another dish.

Both DirecTV's and Dish Network's dishes are designed to look at several orbital slots at once. In Dish Network's case, it's 110 and 119, while DirecTV, it's 101, 110, and 119. That's why you see LNBs. I have seen a small dish design that can look at multiple locations at once. (Even saw a video where the Asian demonstrator showed the reception of several Asian DBS providers.)

HOWEVER, Dish Network has the two additional birds at 61.5 and 148. That's aproximately 40 degrees off the main birds, and thus is unreachable by normal small dish designs.
