Reset Issues

Did anyone experience an issue with attempting to reset the HR20 last nite? I got up this morning and it was frozen - I did a RBR and it stayed on Step 1 of 2 for over 15 minutes - checking satellite signals. (This happened about 3 weeks ago and D* was aware of it after the fact.) I also unplugged the box for about 3 minutes and plugged it back in and STILL nothing.

Was there an update coming through? Anyone else have this happen? :mad:

You might have seen an update last night, depending on if you're in Astoria, Oregon or Astoria, Queens. I don't know where the rollouts are happening but some users are reporting new software, and it usually goes from west to east.
