Help! Direct Ethernet hookup.

All say OK on test, Internet shows Not Connected

The router that its hooked up to is working on my xbox, so I know it is working!!!

That happened to me once. I turned the router off and then on again. Magically, it then worked. :confused:

If you hold the info button on the remote, you can see what IP your box is picking up. This will help you tell where the problem is.

Did you reboot your box after hooking up the ethernet cable? If not, you will need to do so.

Evidently after 2 menu resets of the dvr, it now says it is connected... okeeeey.

Menu-connect-test-reboot....repeat as needed. Goes for both the routers and the HR-20, I've found.
