Twice now this week I've come home to a dead HR20. The first time (Monday) I powered it off by unplugging it and then had to do a reset because I got a 771 error on both tuners about 10 minutes after it was on. Tonight my wife tells me it won't turn on. I do the same thing, unplugging it, waiting, plugging it back in and it comes on. Again, after a couple of minutes I've got no signal on either tuner. A reset does nothing, as it can't even find a signal during the bootup process. In the meantime, my R15 works fine, so I know it's not the dish.
Oddly enough it's almost a year to the day since it was installed, which tells me that I'm almost for sure not going to get any support from D*TV. I'm on the phone now, so here's hoping.
