I've had weekly back to back timers set for Suvivor and CSI. Last week's Survivor ran 2 hours so I cancelled the CSI timer just in case there was a conflict (apparently the 501 can over ride this type of conflict by itself...hint, hint, Dish, we want the ability to do this).
So the 501 adjusted itself for a 2 hour recording, as I had deleted the CSI timer. Here's what's weird: While watching the first hour delayed, hitting Cancel showed the proper time remaining out of 2 hours. After the first hour finished, a second 1 hour recording kicked in! So, even though the 501 adjusted for the 2 hour slot, it recorded as 2 individual 1 hour slots.
Another oddity: I have a weekly timer set for 24. When I looked at the EPG for next Tuesday, it showed a different show so I went into edit the timer to delete it and it showed 24 as the show that was to record.
My TV/Video button still doesn't work.
