I`ve got to tell you, after turning an electronics hobby intro a big business years ago and then selling out and returning to my former business profession, I have no interest in these trade shows.

Echostar was not to bad ( those youngsters will believe anything ), but having to hash it out with Toshiba, RCA and the worlds worst, Sony reps, about merchandising, pricing and marketing, when you are selling hundreds of units a month was a REAL drag.

They never seemed to care how much you were selling, they just wanted to tell you how to and for how much to sell it :confused:

I am happy to be Home Theater aficionado hobbyist to say the least :)

I was hoping someone might stop by and "discuss" the DP situation and its affect on customer retention... Preferentially with Charlie. If I had the $ I would go.

doubtful that charlie will be threr...his appearances at his own gig are dwidling in length and i don't think he even made it to sbca this past august...
