PBS on Dish or DirecTV ?

Guys,
Is PBS available on Dish or DirecTV networks ?
I think they only have PBSyou which is really not complete PBS channel.
I love PBS news and evening Charlie Rose show, I think PBSyou don't have them.

Your local PBS afiliate is available as part of your locals package, if available. A national feed is available as part of a distant networks package if you qualify for one.

I don't think Charlie Rose is on the National feed, while Jim Lehrer new hour (or whatever is it called???) is on the National Feed. In Atlanta we get 2 PBS, but the smaller one on 61.5 is the one that gets charlie rose. Not worth the effort for me (even if free) just for the one station to put up 61.5

Charlie Rose is on the National feed although they do, occasionally pre-empt it when there is a long Great Performances or some other special.
