recordings in a folder

I thought there was a way to mark certain recordings listed in a folder and play only those. Kinda like mark and delete. I looked at the recent tips N tricks but didn't see anything about it. Am I imagining this or was it removed as a feature? Confused...

No, there isn't (and hasn't been).

The only group play option.... HIGHLIGHT the folder and hit play
