Torchwood and Chuck failed

Neither my HDNet series link for Torchwood, nor my MPEG4 local for Chuck recorded tonight.

Chuck is listed as "partial" in the history, and clicking on it shows nothing informative.

Torchwood is listed as "cancelled" in the history, and clicking on it says, "The episode was partially recorded because it became unavailable(13)".

This is the first time I've had this particular problem in general, or problems recording these two shows in particular.

Did anyone else experience this tonight?


EDIT: I did some seaching, and I see that the "error 13 partial recording" thing is not new at all, nor limited to me. Looking back through my history, I see that it's been hitting dozens of other recordings in the past week as well, I just never noticed because they're not shows I particularly care if I miss.

I got both Chuck and Torchwood recorded in their entirety yesterday.

I got Torchwood in it's entirety. Haven't checked on Chuck yet.

Both recorded fine for me. Monday night is a very heavy recording night for me and all did fine.

Strange.

Chuck recorded fine for me. I have had errors like this on one of my HR20's and discovered it was an intermittent tuner failure. I caught it yesterday afternoon and called D*. They are sending a replacement unit.
