I had an issue with my R15 and trying to switch to the other Tuner. Here is the situation: I was recording a football game and my daughter wanted to watch Nickelodeon. According to my Playlist only one show was being recorded at that time, thus only one tuner was being used. But everytime I tried to change channels to Nickelodeon the R15 kept asking me if I wanted to Keep Recording, Stop and Delete etc....

I remember reading somewhere you could use the Prev button to go to the other tuner, but all it would show was a previously recorded program.

How do you engage that other tuner??

Thanks,
Jeff

You have cables into both SAT inputs on the back of the receiver?

I get that all the time. Just tell it to keep recording and it will switch.

I've seen that a few times. It won't let you record on a second channel either? It's as if it only has one tuner? Both tuners show OK in the system test. Once I cleared it after several reboots. It happened a couple times after that and I just left it. It cleared on its own.

Make sure it is not recording a show that has multiple copies as it will have the folder in one of the top two positions but will not show the "R" infront of it. open the folder to see if something is recording in it as well....

It's possible that it was recording something on the other tuner and I just didn't see it.

Thanks for all the replies. If it comes up again I'll just tell it to Keep Recording over and over to see if I can get it to change to the other tuner. I do have 2 cables going into the box, and it records 2 shows all the time.....

Thanks,
Jeff

If you get that message again go in to your list and open the folder(s) in the top two slots and see if an episode is being recorded there.

I am having the same problem. I have R15-100 running 0x1092. I have Prison Break and Dancing with the Stars set to record at 7. I was watching Fox News and it gave me the warning about having to change the channel. I said OK. When it turned 7, it switched to Prison Break. I tried to change the channel to Dancing.. and it asked if I wanted to Keep Recording, Stop and Delete, etc. I even went into the List and tried to pick it from there to start playing and it asked me the same question. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated...The wife is not very happy.

I believe you are or scheduled to' record something at the same time. If I may you can watch both channels but only record one at a time. If you have something else recording and are switching back and forth between a "third channel" you will get this message. Would be nice to have an unlimited amount of "tuner/bandwidth" in order to record what and when but I think until the "tv companies" go .net that is not going to be a possibility. Wow I should try and find some investers huh:p
