Good news. The FCC banned all exclusive contracts of major cable carriers, mainly Comcast, from MDU's nationwide. Immediete effect on all new contracts and it looks like they will also allow properties to break current contracts.
At the end of the day this is a great thing. All these buildings that got stuck in 10+ year contracts with Comcast, now have a legal way out of them.
