So I made up a new page on the EKB that answeres everything you never wanted to know about those darned black bars or why the image is stretched or squished or fuzzy. :)

Very thorough! My only suggestion is that some of the (cough) dear people who can't/don't figure this out already will be the kind of people who can't be bothered to read anything this long, so you might stick a quick summary (labeled Summary) at the top and then that great explanation (labeled Details) below.

Otherwise, a lot of those people who are asking you now will still ask you later. :D

I started out that way. The problem is, there is no way to really understand the question if you don't know what you are asking. :)
