H20 has blinking resolution lights only

My H20 all of a sudden will not power on and the resolution lights flash green, then yellow and then red and then go through the sequence again. Anybody have any idea what this is a 'sign' of other than total failure?

First thing to try .... push red reset button behind front panel access card door.

Also, how is your HR20 connected to your TV? If it's HDMI, try a different video connection.

Call D* and get it replaced I had an H20 off Ebay that did that and tech support said it was trash.

I have tried a different video connection and pushing the red button. At this point DTV is sending me a new reciever. I was just hoping that there was some 'magic' fix for this.

I had that same thing, the unit was shot, had to get them to send another for $19 (or free with the monthly fee)

Last ditch try... remove the bbc from the antenna line, unplug the H20 for 30 minutes and try to boot it without the BBC. Worth a shot. If it works, hook the bbc back up and reboot again. I had a burned out bbc that caused all sorts of weird problems.
