move question (reciver channel #'s)

I "moved" to NYC, I get the local #'s on one of my recievers, but not the other 2. Can this be fixed? I have Dishnetwork (2 501's and a 4900 all opentv)

Did you include all three receivers in your "move"?

Did you unplug the phone line from the receivers at the move? I'd guess Dish gets nervous when more than two receivers don't share a phone line (and therefore might be in, say, three different houses). Maybe that has something to do with it?

Are you SURE they are on the latest software release???
You might want to turn them off overnight (or at least an hour or so) to make sure it is. This might solve your problem.
