I Lost ALL shows - HELP!

Can some HR20-700 gurus help me with this one:


We had to have our dish replaced and in the process (I wasn't home) they must have reset EVERYTHING on my DVR (all shows are gone). Did they HAVE to do this?

If not, I'm gonna call and complain to customer service.

"Have to"? No all they needed to do was to repeat the SAT setup.
I did this just this weekend without losing anything.

I agree, not needed. The probably reset everything before replacing the dish hoping to save some work.

It sucks, complaining to a CSR really won't help. I would find out the company that sent the tech and call them and talk to a supervisor letting them know how they have enhanced your viewing pleasure.
