LITTLETON, Colo., Dec 31 (Reuters) - EchoStar Communications Corp. (nasdaq: DISH - news - people), the No. 2 U.S. satellite television company, named former Janus Capital chief financial officer Steven Goodbarn to its board of directors, the company said in a federal filing on Tuesday.
