Has anyone else experienced this

I have 2 customers that recentlygot direct tv and when I was done installing the systems, and went to activate the rec. and check the channels, the local channels would appear onthe guide and when selected to watch u can do that but after 20-30 seconds the screen would go black and u could only here the sound. Now thats happen on 3 different rec. in 3 different location. Now I tested and replaced parts switch, dish, wires, connectors, goundblocks ect... Two different houses these homes have the 3 phase slimline dishes and the 72.5 dishes going to a 6x8 switch. 1 home has r15hd and 2 d11 the second has 1 hd, 1 d11. Called in to tech support they didnt seem to know what the heck was going on and I qoute for the tech( I dont know what the heck to do cant u figure it out dont u know ) so after a few words I hung up called again a few mins later and pretty much the same thing but with a few harsh words so can anyone else help me cause for some reason some of those dtv tech dont really seemto know a whole lot.

Have you tried having the 72.5 dish disconnected to see if that is a problem. It was when they first launched the new HD but it is suppoesed to be fixed now.

the prob im having is the local are broadcasted on the 72.5 so if unhooked it they wouldnt work , the 101, 110 119 are working fine

I will ask the obvious first. Is the 72.5 connected to flex port 1 with no terminators on the other input/outputs?
