721 Bug & NHL Center Ice

I have verified several times, and knew about this bug pre L107 SW. 

BUG: If I select a local game in the 54x series by accident, and its on FOXN or UPN, it will pop up with the Smart Card is not authorized..., and since I'm stupid, I quickly hit "guide", then it pops up again with Smart Card is not authorized..., and I hit up/down and the 721 is toast.  I have to do a hard reset on it.

Also recently I noticed that my "All Sub" selection does not always show the Center Ice channels, and sometimes only the ones with an actual game playing when I hit "guide" ( like only channels 540 and 541 ).

I have the same problem lonnman. Did this problem arise with L107? I'm honestly not sure. :confused:

I believe Dish is or was having problems or making changes with 110, thats why were having EPG problems.

The guide issue has been new since L107, but the locking up and everything has been there since the advent of Center Ice.

I don't see why they just don't let me watch it off the 54x channels, it is easier than checking channel 436, then channel 9 before I can select the Wild for recording or watching.

Jeff, the samething happens if I happen to choose my local game on the NBA League Pass......it's quite annoying when it locks up. :mad:

Here's a guide tip that works for me: When your not seeing all your NHL Center Ice games try this:

Menu
System Setup
Point Dish

Don't do anything just simply exit the Point Dish screen and go back to the guide and all the channels will be there once again.
It's a pain, but it works.....hopefully this problem will end soon. :)

Bump.....is anybody elese having this problem?
I seems to be a 721 problem.
I'm only loosing a few select 110 slots, not all of them. :confused:
Usually most of the NBA LP channels and The NHL Center Ice channels.

I only loose them on the "All Sub" favorites, if I hit guide again to my "Sports" or the "All Chan", they are there, and it is intermittent. I also notice that the guide will sometimes cycle through without hitting it twice (hard to explain in an e-mail). If you are watching a show and then hit guide once it will sometimes move to the next favorites in the list.

Jeff, I understand now, although similiar our problems are quite a bit different.
