Anyone getting a 771 error on the HR21?

Is anyone getting the 771 error with the HR21? I had an HR20 and some, but not all, of the new HD channels were giving me a 771 error. A technician came out yesterday and swapped out all kinds of cables and hardware and couldn't fix the problem. (Sorry I don't know the details of what he swapped but I'm hoping to talk to him tonight to get the details. I wasn't home when he was at our house). Anyway he finally said we needed a new receiver so he put in the HR21. I guess when he left it was working, but when I got home I tried the HD channels I was having trouble with before and I'm still getting a 771. Anyone else seeing this on the HR21?

I had a swap two days ago. I now have a HR21 that replaced a defective HR20-100. I have had no such issues.

Yup, I got a new 21 Saturday and right from the start I couldn't tune all the HD channels consistently. The wiring has been there for years, but it ran a SD TIVO. The D* installation tech declared it finished and bolted.

This Saturday, there will be a repair tech from a local satellite company and you are making me nervous about the chances of his success ;-)
