$10.99/ Month. $5.99 for the local package + $5 program access ("because we can") fee.

You can subscribe to most packages on Dish without having a "basic package", but if you do, you have to pay the $5 monthly access fee

The basic packages on Dish are AT50, AT100, AT150, America's Everything, Dish Latino, DL2 and DL Max
