I already deleted this, so I grabbed the episode title from IMDB, but I'm not sure what the title even means!
I thought it was great Courtney won the challenge by just being herself - probably the only challenge she could win, but it seems obvious the challenge favored those with less weight, so James and Denise were doomed from the beginning.
In my opinion, it was a mistake to not vote James out while they had the chance - he would never have suspected it, so the idol would not be played, and he'd be gone and so would both immunity idols. Now he's going to be on his guard and he might play the II at the next TC.
