Hi All:
Has anyone heard if E* plans to add distinctive ring Caller ID information to the 501 in any upcoming software downloads? My good old 5000 still displays distinctive ring info but my 501 does not. By distinctive ring, I mean that Qwest has a special ring tone for incoming long distance calls (which we get a lot of...). Anyone know? Last time I contacted E*, they recommended that I "call Qwest and tell them to remove distinctive ring." Not the answer I was hoping for, considering that it does display on the older 5000 receiver.
