I often schedule a timer to record events from the NHL channels 541-555? Frequently the result is [Event Skipped: Already Recorded] which is impossible as it is the only event on the machine and there is no recorded event from the past that remotely resembles it. I erase the hockey games after I watch them, usually the same evening.
The other day I arrived home during the events scheduled recording and was happy to see the red rec. light on. The light went off at about 6:30 Pm which indicated to me that the game was over. However the recording will not play and the event message says [Event Stopped / Start Time 4:00 PM / AV Recorded / Stop Time: 6:28 PM] Any ideas? The 508 has no problems recording local channels <100 never skips anything.
