I just moved and the installers setup a new dish here since I left the old one. I noticed that the new one has 3 of those pointer things on it while my previous one had 1 large one that was 2 wide, and 1 single. Just curious if one was better than the other.
The one I used to have...

If you have HD, then the 1000.2 is what you need to see sats 110, 119, and 129.

Yes, I have HD, but I had HD at my old address with the .1 dish.
Thanks.

I wish I would have known this sooner because I've been complaining about horrible HD pq for a long time. Hopefully this improves things.

Yeah, basically I don't think the 1000 is a dish that they even carry or install. The 1000.2 is a bit bigger, too.

The old one supports up to two dual-tuner rcvrs picking up 110/119/129.

I'd call that an upgrade!
