Ch 73 ESPN MPEG2 and Ch 206 ESPN MPEG4???

I apologize I have looked through the forums and didn't see the answer. I just got a HR20 tonite. Pretty impressed so far. :D

Is ch73 mpeg 2 and ch206 MPG4???

They are both MPEG2 right now. 206 is just remapped of 73.

At some point 73 will go away and 206 will be moved to MPEG4.

Same goes for ESPN2 and TNT.

All of the channels that are duplicated like this are still all mpeg2. However, with HBO-West and Showtime-West, you get the same programming in mpeg4 with a 3-hour delay.
