And have Charlie or Jims private e mail address or a chance to get a message DIRECTLY to them would you PLEASE let them know about the DP mess and that the CEO address is not responding to our mail.

Hey send it from a hotmail account if need be. The unhappy DP users will be around the net for years, hurting E sales. Affecting YOUR job and employeer.

Its in YOUR best interst to at least bring it to their attention.

Thanks for listening and PLEASE help......

Bob,

If you are a dissatisfied, talk with your wallet and your feet. If E* isn't meeting your needs, then change providers. You may or may not be more satisfied with digital cable or Directv. Only you can decide that. The more you bitch, yet continue to pay, you accomplish nothing. They are still getting your money each month.

Weigh your options, make a decision, and follow through.

Has anyone ever received emails from someone at E*? Given a couple of adresses using a little human engineering to determine Charlie's would be shouldn't be that difficult.

If it werent for my lifetime SA, I would leave. The inconvenience of having two systems here is a real downer. Plus there are a couple channels Jen likes that D doesnt carry, like the supers.

Doesn't Pittsburgh have a WB & UPN? That's the only reason to get supers, isn't it?

Ahh our local UPN is a flakey one. Lets just call them challenged, although lately they are a bit better. I dont want to miss star trek. If they continue to improve I will drop the supers, jen likes the time shifted aspect some too.

When you married its best not to remove channels, only add more:)

SA is the BIG problem.

If it's Star Trek you're after, you might "move" to Canada, where you can watch Space. They run legacy Star Trek at 10 and 14:00 (different episodes), STTNG at 15:00, STDSN at 16:00, and Voyager at 17:00 and 22:00 (same episode) Both DSN and Voyager are running in sequential chronological order. It disturbs me that the paramount run of Voyager no longer exists on WWOr and WSBK.

I would move but no Pittsburgh LIL. It would get me Petticoat Junction which is carried on one of the canadian channels daily...
