Hey guys 1 week into my HR21 (after switching from HR10-250)
wife was very against changing from Tivo but I convinced her was only way to get new HD lineup
well 1st weekend was disaster with stuttering playback of recorded shows
that problem seems to have gone away with latest software upgrade
however this weekend she set up HR21 to record 48 Hours on Sat night
she padded show by about an hour I think on end because sometimes it starts late due to sports in afternoon or early evening
well come Sunday morning NO 48 hours in program list
we checked history and and HR 21 said "CANCELLED" next to 48 hours in scheduler and then further info said something like "show was partially recorded and then cancelled after becoming unavailable"
(we had no partial or full recording in the playlist)
Now i hold my breath with every recording fearing wife will flip out next time her show does not record.
is this a common problem?
