If you just want the PVR, the current best deal available to many is through Best Buy. They are having a $50 rebate to new customers and I think the list on the HDVR is $239. If you have a local Ultimate Electronics they are selling the same unit for $199. Go to Best Buy, ask for the price match to get a final deal of $199 with a $50 rebate. You might be able to get free install at Best Buy too. Doesn't hurt to ask.
