E* EPG who provides guide info E* or channel provider

recently noticed hallmark channel 185 has just name of show and who stars in it .they dont provide synopsis of what show is about.i have seen this a few times on other channels to.so who gets complaint E* or Hallmark.

It won't be E* in any event - they just get their guide data from some other company (I think Tribune ?). So, throw your complaint to either the channel or this guide-providing company.

Tribune Media Services (TMS) provides the listing service. They're very proactive about fixing things when they find they're wrong. Shoot them an e-mail.
