Thanks. I thought so, but I seem to remember that the renewal used to be earlier, like March or April.

The last 2 years they have offered the 11 month plan starting in January thur March. I signed up for that this year and I just paid $20 a month or so instead of 4 or 5 months of huge bills. I can budget it that way better. Hopefully they will keep doing that.
