Sending Tv Wirelessly

Is there anything that actually works, that I can use to send the signal from an HR20 wirelessly to another Tv, preferably using S-Video connections?

For only $50, this new model X-10 video sender/receiver set uses composite video, but it
also returns IR remote signals. I've used the older models for years with very good results.
