Yeah, I will -- but I don't have the patience right now to try and explain things to a front-line CSR, and I know that calling won't really help. Always get creative explanations, though ;)

CSR answer #1: game isn't in HD.

CSR answer #2: it is only for NE folks.

Try to explain it is a League Pass channel...got nowhere (as expected).

Hopefully someone that can fix it will get the word.

Yeah, got the reminder from you in the other thread...freaked out a bit when getting 727 on 620-1 at the end of pre-game and then again on the LP channel.

But 95 works. ;)

That's all well and fine but D* needs to get their act together. Either don't show the game in the guide on the LP channels or map 95 to a LP HD channel. It's just frustrating to someone that pays a bunch of $'s for subscription programming and then being told you can't watch it.

That won't work, I don't think -- different satellites involved.

First game on CSN-NE in HD. Guess it took a few minutes to shake the bugs out.

But it is fixed now, so I'll give them credit for that.

D* can map anything to anything, they could have both 95 and 753-1 as virtual channels 753-1 doesn't have to come from D10.

95 is MPEG2 for folks w/ older receivers. They can't map one of the D10 MPEG4 signals there.

True, but they could map 95 to 753-1.

When I posted this originally it was the game was only on 95 and not 753-1.

THEY (D*) has to fix this i'm not always home when the game starts and i NEED TO KNOW what channel the game is being televised in HD on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I shouldn't be having to set up 2 dvrs to record 4 channels to watch 1 game in HD!!!
