HR21 would HR20 wont connect

Using my laptop as a wireless bridge I was able to get my HR21 connected to both the net and the internet but not having the luck with the HR20-100. I am doing everything the same that I did when I tried the HR21 but the HR20 gives me a no connection (22) for the internet. I have rebooted both the laptop and the HR20 several times with no luck.. Any ideas?
