They can't add HBO??

I tried adding HBO to my account via the website, it gave me an error message saying it couldn't do it.

Turned on my TV, no channels and no DVR service.

So I called a CSR, she fixed it all and asked if I still wanted to add HBO.

I said yes, she put me on hold.

Came back and said "I can't seem to add it either. Our system gives an error. I can promise it'll be added in the next day or so."

Has anyone heard of this? I've got one HR20, nothing fancy...:confused:

Unless you have had some missed payment issues in the past, it is probably just computer trouble on their end.

That is strange, like armophob said, computer problems. Usually as quick as you hit 'enter' on the computer the changes take place.

Well, it did remove my service as soon as I hit enter! :lol:

I wonder if all the web site changes are causing problems and now my account is in some sort of 'limbo land'....

It's not just you, it seems to have been doing this for a while. A month ago I dropped Premium and added back ChoiceHD+DVR with showtime. As soon as I hit enter everything was screwed up. I lost all channels. The first CSR I called said she couldn't do anything it would take 2 hours for my channels to come back. I called 4 more times before someone was finally able to fix it for me. when all was done my HD Locals didnn't get turned back on but I had to call again to fix it. Once its all fixed make sure EVERYTHING is working properly it was a major PITA for me.

I did notice last night that I lost EPSN2 HD (not the SD and not any other HD).
So I went back on the website and refreshed services. That fixed it.

Hopefully the HBO addition won't kill everything again...

I am always wary of changing anything on my package. With only one exception over the past few years, every change screws something else up.
