OTA lost channel

Hi,
I have an external HD antena hooked to my TV turner and my VIP 622.
I receive way more channels on my TV turner than the VIP 622 and not sure why.
I used to receive ABC affiliate with no problems at all using my VIP 622. Actually, the signal used to be 100. Lats week, all channels (abc 7) are lost from my VIP 6200 and even with a rescan, I still can't get them. But I can see them fine on my TV turner.
Any idea what is going on?

Press menu,6,8 and make sure that the latest software update didn't change the of air type to cable or anything other than "off air." It has been known to do that and cause these problems.

I have checked that section many times and it is still "off air". I only can't get that channel back. Every other channel still works fine.

It worked. I went and selected all the OTA and deleted them. Then I turned the VIP off and turned it on again (power cycle) and re scanned again and got them back.
