DOD Issues?

I am currently recording 2 shows and I was trying to go to the VOD channels to download something else as both shows that are recording are my wifes.

When I go to Channel 1000, the channel flashes and then I get the conflict message that states, In order to change to 9, WGN, please select one of the shows to stop recording. And it then gives me the option to cancel one of the recordings. I click back and it repeats this over and over. Any thoughts on why?

I was under the impression that I could record 2 shows and use VOD to download a 3rd at the same time...

I have a HR20-700.

You CAN download a VOD/DOD show...you CAN'T access the menu's while both tuners are in use.

Think of it like the ACTIVE channels (NewsMix, ACTIVE, etc.). It must use a tuner to receive data from the satellite. If both are in use, you can't access the menus.
