The D* Blimp was flying high this weekend @ the Homestead Miami Speedway for the Busch and Nextel Cup Races. The large screen on the side of the blimp rolled through ads for the HD packages and other D* advertising, but also several times showed coverage of the race and other video highlights. A couple of times when the race was being shown, people all over were pointing up to it and commenting to others so it certainly did its job from a marketing standpoint. And the picture was pretty good. Must have been getting signal from D10
Not to mention there were D* booths and banners everywhere campaigning the HOT PASS.
