There are several threads that cover problems with the new 103b HD channels please forgive me for not hitting them all individually.
My problem, like others who posted, was inconsistent reception of the new HD channels.
My problem ended up being my TWO, yes TWO H20 receivers. Both receivers were refurbs I received under the protection plan awhile back.
I would have thought that the odds of BOTH receviers exhibiting the EXACT same problems with the 103b signal would be rare, but it seems to be the case.
No multiswitch, grounding, BBC, or dish alignment issues -- just an old school swap of two boxes and boom everything's fine.

Keep in mind, if you have the protection plan and talk them into replacing the receivers over the phone, I would think you are going to get refurbs and could be in the same position I was.
The techs on the service call are the ones that gave me the new receivers that work. One is an H20-600 and the other is the new H21.
