Anyone tried to control SA Tivo with DTV Remote

I just got a H20 receiver and would like to use it's remote to control my Sony Stand Alone Tivo (SVR-3000).

Has anyone figured out how to do this or if it is possible??

Give this a try. I'm just assuming you have an R64.

I'm sure you can, it uses the same codes as the DirecTivo, pretty sure of it.

Yes you can the code is 20636.

The OP has Sony SA tivo, which doesn't use a peanut remote, it doesn't even use the same code as the Sony Dtivo the T60. But theres a code anyways.

Oh they work, but you'll find them controlling the GUIDE for the SAT device key. Yes certain keys are locked to the Directv symbol device.

So as far as I can tell I have no way to get to the guide using the DTV remote to control the TIVO.
