Sound Issues

Today I was watching CNNHD (Situation Room) and the sound would stop for a mili second. This would happen every few minutes. Also Cartoon Network HD has the same problem. This has been going on with cartoon network for qiute a while. Today is the first time I watched CNNHD since it went HD. Its just plain annoying.

My hr20 is connected to the tv via hdmi cable. I use an optical cable to my stereo receiver for surround sound. I didnt have the stereo switched on while I was watching cnn and cartoon network. I will see how the sound works through the stereo.

The problem also comes through the suround receiver via the optical cable. So this sounds like a signal problem from D*.

I've found that it happens every once in a great while here and to correct it I simply pause the picture for a second or two and then press play and the problems clears it's self up.
