We called our vendor that we order our equipment from to get RMA numbers on a few DOA receivers.
They told us that after ordering and activating over 100 HD HVR's this year that DirecTV was considering closing our account because we arent averaging 1 new account activation per month.
I guess they would rather have the companies that do 5 new activations a week with free SD receivers than us, installing HD DVR's and up selling our clients the the Premium HD DVR package.
And to beat all, I went into our office today and saw that our HR20 programming had been suspended. I called DirecTV dealer services and they turned us back on, but how long till we looses that agian?
