replaced 622, now have Jumpy video-Help

I had Dish send me a replacement 622 about a month ago and the new one has jumpy video real bad on playback.

It has the newest software(L447)

The other one had a bad modem but otherwise worked perfectly.

Any thing I can do to stop the video jump on playback before I call Dish?
