I think one of the coax outputs died on my "phase 3", Oval, 3 LNB, 4 coax DirecTV dish that came with my HR10-250.

3 of the outputs work just fine, the 4th has no signal at all. The reciever doesn't complain that it can't find the dish, it just says there is no signal on 101 A, 119 B, or 110 C.

I checked my cables and even re-crimped some of the connectors. Everything looks fine. I don't have a fancy cable tester so I cannot be certain, but I think my cables are fine. Is it possible that one of the outputs on the LNB/4-port multiswich has suddenly died?

It is very possible that some circuit component in the multiswitch has failed and that you need a new LNB. I have seen the entire embeded MS fail as well as one input/output fail.

Why not swap one of the known working cables and see what happens.
