I have not received the free portable DVD player that was offered at the time.

I ordered in June and received the player a couple of months later.

I was supposed to get a $50 prepaid Visa as my "gift".

Instead, I got a letter stating that they could not find a valid account with my account number, which in the letter is identical to the number I find online and on my first statement.

I emailed D* support and they said they are investigating and I should hear back within 5-7 days.
